About Gigs in the Garden
Gigs in the Garden is organized by Ric Mayer, maintainer of the Kickapoo Edge Prairie, and Linda Chorice, former Springfield Conservation Nature Center Manager. The series is managed by Friends of the Garden and Springfield Sister Cities Association in cooperation with the Springfield-Greene County Park Board.
Funding for the concert series is made possible through Central Bank and Central Trust’s sponsorship of the Dogwood Garden. Though the concerts are free to attend, donations are accepted to benefit and improve the Springfield Botanical Gardens.
