Friends of the Garden supports the Springfield-Greene County Park Board by providing financial resources, community involvement and special-event planning to benefit the 112-acre Springfield Botanical Gardens. In partnership with the Park Board and nearly 30 supporting organizations, Friends of the Garden uses your donations and gifts to further the citizen-driven vision for this natural asset.

Donations to Friends of the Garden are tax deductible and support the maintenance and enhancement of the Springfield Botanical Gardens. In many cases, contributions can be earmarked for use in particular areas or for specific projects. You may donate online, in person, over the phone, or by mail.
Purchase a Tribute or Memorial
Tribute and memorial gifts are a beautiful, long-lasting way to honor a loved one for any occasion. They are inscribed per your specifications and an acknowledgement letter can be sent to the honoree or honoree’s family. Tribute and memorial purchases are tax deductible.

Garden sponsors help ensure particular gardens receive the supplies necessary for volunteers to maintain and enhance the beauty of those areas. Garden sponsorships are tax deductible.
Visit the Gift Shop at the Springfield-Greene County Botanical Center
Purchases made at the Botanical Center Gift Shop support the Springfield Botanical Gardens. The Botanical Center staff is always curating memorable new items to keep inventory fresh. Members of Friends of the Garden receive a 10% discount on most items.
