The fee for all classes is $5 per class; please pay at the door. Registration begins at 5:30pm. For a list of the 2020 classes\, visit our Potting Shed University web page and mark your calendar to invest in gardening skills for life! \nThe March 2 session on Guilt-Free Lawn Growth features Joe Fearn\, Drury University Head Groundskeeper: The typical modern American lawn is the dominant component in most residential landscapes. No matter what your level of commitment\, a lawn demands significant time and resource devotion. An avid pursuer of sustainability\, Joe feels that any yard can be managed to decrease resource consumption while still achieving satisfactory results. Joe combines extensive training and experience with hard earned shovel knowledge to promote a new landscaping approach.

DESCRIPTION:The Master Gardeners of Greene County is proud to announce eight new Potting Shed University classes for 2019. All eight classes will be held on Monday evenings from 6:00pm – 7:00pm at the Botanical Center\, beginning on February 4\, 2019 and running through April 1\, 2019. The fee for all classes is $5 per class; please pay at the door. Registration begins at 5:30pm. For a list of the 2019 classes\, visit our Potting Shed University web page and mark your calendar to invest in gardening skills for life! \nThe April 1 session on Daffodils features Pat Ware\, Master Gardener:  Daffodils are among the first flowers to wake up and brighten our gardens.  They come in sizes from teeny-tiny to huge and come in multiple colors and petals shapes.  Some bloom very early and some bloom very late.  Weather permitting\, see examples of a variety of daffodils and maybe even take some home.
