DESCRIPTION:Celebrate culture and welcome spring with Springfield Sister Cities Association at the Springfield Botanical Gardens. This annual festival highlights Springfield’s sister city relationship with Isesaki\, Japan and Tlaquepaque\, Mexico. Bring a kite to fly or build one with us. Whack a piñata nearby.
