We’ll share the basics of why do home composting\, how to get started\, how to maintain a bin year-round and troubleshoot potential problems. This workshop will be presented in collaboration with staff from the City of Springfield Department of Environmental Services Solid Waste Division. The class is limited to 20 households and includes information about how to receive a free home compost bin. \nFree event\, registration required\, online only.
