For a list of the 2020 classes\, visit our Potting Shed University web page and mark your calendar to invest in gardening skills for life! \nThe March 2 session on Guilt-Free Lawn Growth features Joe Fearn\, Drury University Head Groundskeeper: The typical modern American lawn is the dominant component in most residential landscapes. No matter what your level of commitment\, a lawn demands significant time and resource devotion. An avid pursuer of sustainability\, Joe feels that any yard can be managed to decrease resource consumption while still achieving satisfactory results. Joe combines extensive training and experience with hard earned shovel knowledge to promote a new landscaping approach.

DESCRIPTION:The Mizumoto Japanese Stroll Garden will open for the season on Mon.\, Mar. 30 from 10am-7pm. The Stroll Garden is open every day of the week until Sat.\, Oct. 31. From April through September\, the Stroll Garden hours are 10am-7pm. In October\, the Stroll Garden hours are 10am-6pm. Last entry is 30 minutes prior to close. \nAdmission is $4 per adult\, $2 for children ages 3-12\, and free for children ages 2 and younger. \nFriends of the Garden and Springfield Sister Cities members receive free entry.
