DESCRIPTION:ROMANCE CANCELLED ON SATURDAY\, MAY 18: Due to the extreme weather forecasted for the evening of Saturday\, May 18\, Romance in the Garden is cancelled. If you purchased “The Ultimate Date Night” package\, you may pick up your basket at the Springfield-Greene County Botanical Center during regular hours (Monday-Saturday\, 8am-8pm; and Sunday\, 11am-6pm). You will receive admission vouchers for a future Romance in the Garden event. \n\nEnjoy the full moon and serene landscape of the Mizumoto Japanese Stroll Garden at dusk. Tiki torches and lanterns light the pathway. \nFri.\, May 17 and Sat.\, May 18: 7:30-9:30 p.m.\nFor ages 17 years and older. \nAdmission may be purchased at the gate: $10/person\, $15/couple.\nWishing lanterns for floating on the ponds also available for purchase: $5/wishing lantern. \nInterested in something extra special? Check out this Ultimate Date Night package: \nLet us help you stage the perfect date or proposal! Garden staff will escort you to a cozy section of the Mizumoto Japanese Stroll Garden staged with blanket\, pillows\, fresh flowers and a savory picnic basket including sparkling juice\, pears\, grapes\, cheeses\, crackers and chocolates. The $60 package includes admission and wishing lanterns for two; it must be preordered by Noon on Wed.\, May 15. \nRSVP on Facebook \n  \n\nOnline Lantern\, Ticket\, and Package Sales\nOnline sales have closed. You may purchase lanterns and tickets at the event gate. Cash is preferred but cards are accepted.
