The only entrance to Nathanael Greene/Close Memorial Gardens is at 2400 S. Scenic, just across the road from Horton Smith Golf Course. Turn south off Sunshine, or north off Battlefield Road. Enter the parks by turning east. Just inside, turn right to parking for the Close Memorial Gardens, the Bill Roston Butterfly House, Lake Drummond, and the Southcreek Greenway or turn left for the circular route that will take you to the Gray-Campbell Farmstead and the Mizumoto Japanese Stroll Gardens, or park immediately for a walking tour of the Master Gardeners Demonstration Gardens.
