RJ Jacob Media & Web Design
RJ Jacob has been developing websites and producing graphic art for print publications for the past 6 years. A musician primarily, RJ began the web design and development business as a hobby, working primarily for a show in which he was performing. His web development business now consumes about 60% of his time. His primary focus is design and development of findable, user-friendly and dynamic websites.
Besides being involved in web development and the entertainment business in Branson, RJ became a Master Gardener in 2009 and is an active member of the Master Gardeners of the Ozarks. His (and his wife Julie's) involvement in the Master Gardener program led him to be picked as the developer of the statewide Missouri Master Gardener On Line Reporting System as well as designing and launching the websites for the 2008 and 2009 Missouri Master Gardener State Conferences.
In addition to developing the on line reporting system for Missouri, he has developed and launched systems for Iowa, Oregon and Kansas. A new, improved version is in the works for Missouri. And of course, he is the developer of this Friends of the Garden website which he does as a Friend of the Garden volunteer.
Recent projects include development of websites for the new GREENE Magazine and the Hughes Brothers Show (for which he plays drums.) Both the GREENE Magazine and the Hughes Brothers sites are now live.
Current projects include a re-development of the website for Earth Outdoor Wood Furnaces of Norwood, MO and development of a brand new website specializing in services, products and real estate for rural lifestyles. More on this as it develops. He is also about to begin a service-reporting system for the Oregon Master Bee Keepers program, similar to the applications he's developed for Master Gardener programs.
You can see a portfolio of his work for both the web and print publications at http://rjjacob.com.
